Conferencia de Zona

                           El día 19 de abril viajamos a la Zona Portoviejo. En la conferencia aprendimos en cuanto a la importancia de la enseñanza. Hicimos una práctica según la historia del bueno samaritano. En la práctica, enseñamos a una persona que estaba recostada en el suelo por causa de dificultades y aflicciones. Cuando la persona siente el amor de Cristo, esa persona empieza a pararse y a moverse hasta que llega al púlpito. Esa práctica nos ayudó a enfocarnos en amar a nuestros investigadores y ayudarles en sus necesidades para que llegan más cerca a Dios. La conferencia me hizo pensar sobre mis enseñanzas y cómo yo puedo ayudar mis investigadores a sentir el amor de Cristo. 

Zone Conference

                              On April 19 we traveled to the Zona Portoviejo. At the conference, we learned about the importance of teaching. We did a practice according to the history of the Good Samaritan. In practice, we taught a person who lay on the ground because of difficulties and afflictions. When the person feels the love of Christ, that person begins to stand and move until he reaches the pulpit. This practice helped us focus on loving our investigators and helping them in their needs so that they get closer to God. The conference made me think about the way I teach and how I can help my investigators feel the love of Christ.

Conferencia de Zona

El día 18 de abril, viajamos un poco lejos hasta la Zona Manta para su conferencia. allá, hemos aprendido sobre la importancia de manejando el estrés y cómo podemos encontrar nuevos investigadores. Lo que yo vi, es que había un mayor enfoque en trabajando con los miembros. Aprendí en esa conferencia que con los miembros podemos encontrar muchas personas en un manera muy eficaz y que con miembros, podemos hacer esos buenas relaciones con nuestros investigadores. Después de almuerzo, estábamos haciendo practicando con el presidente sobre enseñando un investigador cómo orar. aprendimos que tenemos que ser sencilla para que ellos puedan comprender nuestro mensaje y que puedan orar y sentir el amor de dios.  

Zone Conference

On April 18, we traveled a little far to the Manta Zone for their conference. There, we have learned about the importance of managing stress and how we can find new investigators. What I saw was that there was a greater focus on working with members. I learned in that conference that with the members we can find many people in a very effective way and that with members, we can make those good relations with our investigators. After lunch, we were practicing with the president about teaching a investigators how to pray. We learned that we have to be simple so that they can understand our message and that they can pray and feel the love of God.

El día 14 de Abril viajamos a la conferencia en la Zona Prosperina. Esas conferencias con una sola zona nos ayudó por medio de esa mas personal tiempo con el presidente. Escuchamos al ellos estaban capacitando sobre cómo ayudar las personas a reconocer la necesidad de arrepentimiento. Me gustaba esa tema mucho porque muchas veces uno puede sentir miedo sobre arrepentimiento pero como ellos explicaron, es nada mal. Nosotros hicimos practicas con el presidente para ver cómo podemos ayudar personas con esa tema y cómo ayudarles a orar. Yo sentí el espíritu al el presidente estaba enseñando sobre el relación nuestros investigadores deben tener con dios. Después de la conferencia, la zona fue a trabajar y estaban animado para poner en practica esos principios. 

Zone Conference

On April 14 we traveled to the conference in the Zona Prosperina. These conferences with only one area helped us through that more personal time with the president. We listened to how they were training on how to help people recognize the need for repentance. I liked that subject a lot because many times one can feel scared about repentance but as they explained, it is not bad. We did practices with the president to see how we can help people with that topic and how to help them pray. I felt the spirit the President was teaching about the relationship our investigators must have with God. After the conference, the area went to work and they were encouraged to put those principles into practice.

     El 13 de abril, el presidente viajó a la zona Puerto liza para su conferencia. Allí nosotros escuchamos muy buena capacitaciones sobre el obediencia y alcanzando nuestras metas. Había una demostración de la habilidades de cada persona. En esa demostración, Los Élderes estaban estirandose para alcanzar un dulce. Después de cambiando estratagema, ellos vieron que con una buena actitud, puedan vencer sus desafíos y lograr su meta.  Después de la conferencia, vimos que los Élderes estaban listo para poner en practica lo que aprendieran.  Esa conferencia me animó a dar toda mis esfuerzo para servir al señor y ir afuera de mis limites. 

   Zone Conference

On April 13, the president traveled to the Puerto Liza area for his conference. There we heard very good trainings about obedience and reaching our goals. There was a demonstration of each person's abilities. In that demonstration, the Elders were stretching in order to reach a candy. After changing strategy, they saw that with a good attitude, they can overcome their challenges and achieve their goal. After the conference, we saw that the Elders were ready to put into practice what they learned. That conference encouraged me to give all my efforts to serve the Lord and to go beyond my limits.
