19 Nuevos Misioneros llegan

El día 25 de Julio nosotros recibimos los 19 nuevos misioneros. Tuvimos los capacitaciones para ellos el día 26 de Julio. Ese día, escuchamos capacitaciones del los misioneros de la oficina y también las enfermeras de la misión. Después escuchamos El Presidente capacitar sobre hablando con todos. Para que podamos encontrar más personas y enseñar más personas, necesitamos hablar con muchas más personas. También Él nos enseñó de la importancia de nuestro actitud. Si pensamos que nunca vamos a ganar, nunca vamos a ganar. Sin embargo, si pensamos que es posible, vamos a ganar. Tenemos que trabajar diligentemente y con todo para lograr todo que queremos lograr.

19 New Missionaries Arrive

On July 25th we received the 19 new missionaries. We had the training for them on July 26. That day, we heard trainings from the missionaries of the office and the mission nurses. Then we heard the President train on talking to everyone. So that we can find more people and teach more people, we need to talk to many more people. He also taught us the importance of our attitude. If we think we will never win, we will never win. However, if we think it is possible, we will win. We have to work diligently and with everything in order to achieve everything we want to achieve.

20 Misioneros terminan sus misiones

El día 24 de Julio, nosotros despedimos 20 de nuestros grandes misioneros. Ellos tuvieron sus últimos entrevistas con el Presidente, y luego se fueron a la casa de Él para su ultima cena aquí en Ecuador. Después de la Cena, Los Misioneros se fueron al Aeropuerto para comenzar el viaje a sus países. Estamos tristes para verles salir pero estamos agradecidos por todo su trabajo y dedicación al señor. ¡¡¡Les vamos a extrañar mucho!!!

20 Missionaries finish their missions

On July 24, we said goodbye to 20 of our great missionaries. They had their last interviews with the President, and then they went to his house for their last dinner here in Ecuador. After the Dinner, the Missionaries went to the Airport to begin the trip to their countries. We are sad to see them leave but we are grateful for all their work and dedication to the Lord. We are going to miss them a lot!!!

Consejo de Líderes

El día 4 de julio, tuvimos el mensual consejo de líderes con todos los líderes de zona y hermana liderazgo. En consejo, hablamos mucho sobre la tema ¨El poder de su palabra¨. Hablamos sobre la importancia y que significa tener la palabra de dios. Si nosotros vivimos nuestras vidas dignamente, vamos a tener la palabra de dios. También, si somos dignos, podemos tener el poder de la palabra de dios el cual les ayudará a nuestros investigadores a sentir el espíritu y comprender mejor las lecciones. Después escuchamos El Presidente Santos hablando sobre El Libro de Mormón. Él nos explicó sobre la importancia del Libro de Mormón y que debemos hacer para compartirlo. Ese tema nos ayudó en pensar en diferentes maneras para compartir El Libre de Mormón. En el final de la conferencias, vimos a los Líderes animados y preparados para aplicar lo que hayan aprendido 

Leadership Council

On July 4, we had the monthly leadership council with all zone leaders and sister leadership. In council, we talk a lot about the theme "The power of your word". We talked about the importance of and the significance of having the word of God. If we live our lives worthily, we will have the word of God. Also, if we are worthy, we can have the power of the word of God which will help our researchers to feel the spirit and understand better the lessons. Then we heard President Santos talking about The Book of Mormon. He explained to us the importance of The Book of Mormon and what we should do to share it. That theme helped us think of different ways to share Free Mormon. At the end of the lectures, we saw leaders being animated and prepared to apply what they learned.
